Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon is a villain who occured in only 2 pages of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon manga. She bewitched me with her unique aura and beauty, though. Here's and artwork of her, drawn by me.

She's gorgeous! I love her~ you must've studied this style long... I can imagine it took a while to perfect... The detail of the different textures, the way her hair billows, the soulless violet of her eyes... I'm amazed!
